Feature 1 The newly added function cuts the cycle time short, and increases the ease of handling
Off board tuning function which configures a suitable gain based on conveying load.
Compatible to RCA series absolute encoder in addition to the conventional simplified absolute function.
Feature 2 Multiple positioning is enabled up to 512 points with Mini Cylinder (DCON-CA)
Realized a super small size Mini Cylinder which can replace small size Air cylinder, which has a maximum positioning number of 512 points.
High position configuration is enabled for conveying・pressing・elevatings.
Feature 3 Notifies the maintenance timing by calculating the moved distance(ACON-CA, DCON-CA)
Distance moved by the actuator will be calculated and recorded in controller, and outputs a signal whenever it exceeds the preset distance. This enables the lubricating, and regular maintenance timings to be known.
Feature 4 The time alarm occurred can be preserved by calendar function (ACON-CA, DCON-CA)
The mounted calendar function (clock function) can record the occurred time of alarm, etc into its history.
Feature 5 Widened field network types (ACON-CA, DCON-CA)
Compatible against DeviceNet, CC-Link, PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET IO, CompoNet, MECHATROLINK（I, II）, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP.
Enables wiring savings, direct specifying, position No. specifying, current position loadings, and others.
