Level of high speed and high acceleration/deceleration
Reduces the device cycle time by having its maximum speed to be 2,500mm/s, and its maximum acceleration to be 3.2G. The standard cycle time (Noted) reduce 32% compared to the current orthogonal robot.
(Noted) Standard cycle time is a time of round trip motion of vertical movement 25mm, horizontal movement 200mm, rotation 180 degree per drawing on the right.

A range of a high effeciency movement
A wide range of movement which covers 400mm(X-Axis) x 300mm(Y-Axis) is ensured. Comparing to the structure of a robot like multiple joint robot or parallel-link robot, the moving range is circular, the square moving range is more efficient and has no wasted space. |

High Rigidity and simple installation
CT4 has a high rigid frame that provide a large loading capacity and ability to suppress vibration. Yet, parallel-link robot requires a special table setting for mounting to the top of a normal work, but it is easier for CT4 to deal with the height of work. |
