Feature of Direct Drive Motor DD Series
Features 1 High torque and high load capacity
Compact size but generates high torque instantaneously at maximum 25.2N-m.
In case of rectangular of 200mmx200mm, it can rotate the part with a maximum weight of 90kg.
Features 2 High Speed, High acceleration/deceleration.
With a high torque, it can get high speed positioning at maximum speed of 1800 degree/s
by shorter the positioning time can reduce a cycle time of device and increase a productivity.
Features 3 Compact size.
A compact size with a width of 180mm x depth 180mm x height 53mm. It can be installed in a small space, which increases the degree of a freedom for design of equipment.
Features 4 Index type and multiple rotation absolute type.
Operation range is set up at 0～359.999 degree index type and ±9999 degree multiple rotation absolute type. This type also doesn't need to return to origin, it can move directly from current position after power is on. Also the index type doesn't need absolute battery.
Features 5 The controller is available in positioned type or program type.
Controller is available in 2 types of positioner type with a lower cost and easy to operate for 1 axis or from program type with maximum of 8 axis operation.
