Feature of vertical gripper series
Features 1 Available in Slide type and Lever type.
Available in 2 types of Slide type, equipped with guide and excellent in rigidity and Lever type that can open lever for 180 degree, easier to grip the work.
Features 2 Multi point positioning and grip force adjustable.
Servo control enables the adjustment of the grip force when holding work and adjust positioning up to 512 points.
It will adjust the width of finger open and close and be able to hold work that may be easy to deform.
Features 3 Self lock mode to protect work drop when the power is turn off.
During the power off or the emergency stop, self lock mode will protect the work from dropping, and it is easy to release slider and lever by using hexagon wrench.
※ It is not possible to maintain the pressing state.
Features 4 Guide and driving part has a high rigidity and high precision.
Slide type has high rigid linear guide equipped and will deliver a high moment rigidity.
Also guide will reduce the deviation during positioning by using backlash remover mode.
Driving part uses gear structure (worm gear + helical gear) which will responed excellently with high rigidity.
Features 5 Ultra small size series is now available for Slide type.
