Compact design
A large minimization was realized by integrating 8 units of SEP controller into 1 unit. Width has reduced by 60% in comparison to conventional products, contributing to space savings.

Value specifying movement is enabled via field network
Direct connections are enabled to main field networks such as DeviceNet, CC-Link, PROFIBUS-DP, MECHATROLINK(※), CompoNet, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP. The network marked (※) will be released in a near future.
<Network Specification Feature> ・Positioning points per 1 axis is 256 points. ・Operatable by specifying the moving position and speed by values. ・Current position can be checked on real-time. ・The required inner controller communication time has reduced largely. (Reduced down to 1/10 in comparison to conventional products.)

Compatible against both pulse motors / servo motors
Having operatable for both pulse motor type and servo motor type actuator with one unit of MSEP controller, it reduces wiring works etc. largely whenever different actuator types are combined to be used.

|
|
Simplified absolute compatible
Simplified absolute is configured, allowing an instant operation without originations after turning off the power supply, by backing up the position data with battery. Even after emergency stops and power supply momentary stops, operations can be started from what it was.

Number of movement time and travelled distance calculation function notifies the maintenance timing
Number of time and traveling distance that actuator moved will be calculated and recorded into the controller, and if it is exceeding the preset value, it will send the signal to outside. This notifies the timing for lubricating and regular maintenance.

Preservation of alarm occurrence time through calendar function
Alarm analysis is made easier by having the alarm history shown by occurred time, through the addition of clock function. (Time data preservation period is 10 days.)
