If you equip it with brake option, the stop position will be maintained in events of power supply cut offs.
(Recommended for laid mountings and vertical mountings.)

● Swinging angle: 2 types (330 degree specification and multi-revolution type)
※Infinite rotation is enabled just for index mode in multi-revolution types

2 types of standard are used to indicate cleanliness.　
1.Fed.Std.209D standard

Indicates the number of particles equivalent or larger than 0.5μｍ held within 1 feet cube.
・Display method: Class1, 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000

2.JIS B9920(ISO 14644-1) standard

Indicates the number of particles equivalent in size or larger than 0.1μｍ in the range of 1m square raised by power of 10.
・Display method: Class1~Class8

This refers to the IEC standard specified class which determines the splashproofing and dustproofing level.
