New product information

AC servo motor specification is now available! All models are now standard-installed with battery-less absolute encoder!

Feature of the TTA series

Feature 1 Standard-installed with battery-less absolute encoder

All types of conventional pulse motor
specifications are now standard installed
with battery-less absolute encoders.
AC servo motor specification is now available in series.

Feature 2 High accuracy AC servo motor specification is now available in series

AC servo motor installed contributes largely to performance improvement.
There will be two available selection, the first will be the low lead specification which focuses on transfer loads,
and the next will be the high lead specification which focuses more on to the speed.

Feature 3 Improvement in repeated positioning accuracy and lost motions in pulse motor specification

High resolution battery-less absolute encoder installed has brought a large improvement
in the accuracy of repeated positionings and lost motions.

Feature 4 No programs needed to be created

SEL program generator allows you to get rid of difficult program creations.

Feature 5 Work/Tool coordinate system

There are 2 types of coordinate system available.
Work coordinate system : Coordinate system defined by the off-set amount of each axis against the base coordinate system (maximum 32 types).
Tool coordinate system : Coordinate system defined by the tool (such as hand) measurement (off-set amount)
attached to the tool mounting surface (maximum 128 types).

Feature 6 Serial communication port expansion

Addition of SIO module
RS232C and RS485 can be added.
Supports multiple IAI protocol channels
Communications are enabled with external devices which supports IAI protocol even
if connected to teaching box or PC software.

Feature 7 Easier control for external device

Output operation data is added to position data.
External device controlling signals for each target positions can be obtained through easy steps.
Conventionally, specific programs had to be created in order to output signals, but such programs are no more a requirement.
