● The actual status of use of the compressed air

In the use ratio, the electrical consumption is very high. The air compressor occupies 16% of the entire consumption. (The entire electrical consumption is 20%)
On the other hand, the use ratio of the compressed air, is highest in air blows, which is 50%, 35% for Air cylinders, and 15% for leakage.

In this case, the Air cylinder occupies 20% x 35% =7% of the entire electrical consumption of the factory.

In general manufacturing industries, the electrical consumption of air compressors occupies 10~30% of the whole factory consumption, and Air cylinders occupies 20~50% of the electrical consumption of the air compressors.
Here it may be concluded, that Air cylinders are consuming up to not more than 20% of the entire electrical consumption of the factory.
