Feature 1 Takes less space, takes less cost

Sizing down 8 controller units to 1 single unit reduces the space taken on control panel and reduces largely the total cost required.

Feature 2 Supports a wide variety of actuators

Supports various actuators, from small size to large size, including battery-less absolute encoder-installed actuator, super-small size mini cylinder and multi-rotary.
Installing Power Con® (high output driver) and combining with RCP5/RCP4 allows it to reach a maximum speed of 1.5 times, and maximum transfer load of 2 times and above when compared to the conventional models.

Feature 3 Servo monitor enabled during automatic mode

Before this, status monitors and servo monitors could run during automatic mode, but limited only to 1-axis controllers. But now, multi axis controllers may do the same.
Monitors can be started based on the specified change in signal. (Trigger function)
The data you may wish to monitor could be saved easily.

Feature 4 Calender feature maintains the time alarm occurred

Alarm analyzings are made easier with the clock function, which shows the alarm time on the alarm history.
(The time data will be kept for to 10 days after having its power source being cut.)
The number of alarm list history will be 32 cases x 8-axis.

Feature 5 Installed with other useful features

Smart tuning feature (for pulse motors)
・Sets the acceleration/deceleration speed to a suitable level based on the payload.

Off board tuning feature (for AC servo motors)
・Sets the gain value to a suitable level based on the transfer load.

Vibration suppression feature (for AC servo motors)
・Suppresses the swingings (vibration) of the works attached to the slider, whenever the slider transports.

Acceleration/deceleration mode selection
・Acceleration/deceleration patterns could be selected out of trapezium pattern, first-order lag filter or S-curve motion.

Axis name displaying feature
・Axis name could be shown on the PC software and touch panel teachings.

Feature 6 Performing numerically specified transfer through field bus

・There are 256 positioning point number for each axis.
・Transfer points and speed of movements could be specified using values.
・The current position can be checked in real-time.
